About Us

When coming to Arrowpoint, we try to establish a relationship with each customer & dog/cat, provide a safe environment, accommodate special feeding/ medication needs (no needles), and to have a clean & happy environment. Your peace of mind when leaving your pet is important to us. Please feel free to ask as many questions as needed, and to come by during our open hours to see the place before making your reservation. You are free to walk wherever you want, and see where your dog/cat would be staying. We hope you & your pet will be satisfied with our place, and will want to come and see us again!

Shot Records: All dogs are required to have updated shot records for: Rabies & Distemper/Parvo vaccinations on file to be boarded.

Bordetella (Kennel Cough) is not legally required but highly recommended. This vaccine has to be given 2 weeks prior to dropping off for stay.

Hours: Please note we are closed to customers on Sundays

Payment: Are usually done at time of pick up
